Live it or leave it
Lifestyle Evangelism: Actions speak louder than words. My parents taught me this when I was very young. Little did I know it would become the foundation of my ministry. Lifestyle Evangelism is living your life in such a way that it testifies to the person of Christ and the character of GOD. People are often surprised by the simplicity of true Christianity, going back to the basic principles of God's love for his people and building a foundation on these truths allow teens and young adults to better grasp the everyday life of being a Christian in today's society.

Sin is. . .
In a culture that tells us there is no absolute truth and what is right for you is can set your standard, how do we expect our young people to recognize the effects of sin in their lives. Without knowing what sin is how can you know your need to be saved from it? Over the course of a weekend we will study the life of David and learn that sin is. . . Inconvenient, deceitful, lonely, dangerous, a shape-shifter, below your standard and most importantly . . . Forgiven!

Girls! (Girls In Real Life Situations)
During this conference I will open up tough issues that come with being a teenage girl, filling the time with personal stories and biblical examples (Esther and Ruth) of struggle and triumph. Finishing the time with a challenge to be Godly Girls!

Purity
In today's culture purity is often described as being free from sexual immorality. Purity, however, deals with more than just sex. It is now an issue of the every day struggles of this generation: drugs, alcohol, and pornography are just a few. Many have never had an appropriate standard set for them. They are living according to what they see around them, and compared to that they are "pretty good." What students, both in and out of the Church, need to understand is the value and importance of excellence and a life above reproach.

Eating Disorders
Eating disorders affect 5-10 million Americans. According to the Center for Mental Health Services, 90% of those who have eating disorders are women between the ages of 12 and 25. (Statistics found on www.eatingdisorderinfo.com) With images of beauty being thrown around as the measure of worth in today's society, it is important for students today to understand their worth as it comes from Christ.

Dating Violence
1 out of every 3 girls will be in a controlling abusive relationship before they graduate from high school. (statistic from Focus on the Family. Girls who were in abusive relationships will almost always tell you, "No one ever told me that his anger wasn't normal. Everybody gets mad." Providing students with both a standard for relationships as well as teaching them about the warning signs of an abusive relationship could greatly change this statistic.
